      Working on big scale and internationl projects

      Cons

      They treat their employees as a tool. To save own money they will easily replace their new hire. Do not relay on this company if you want safe career.really bad management and poor coordination between upper and lower staff. Selfish, and the worst leadership I have ever seen. Quality of design is disappointing, Company morale has suffered, and there exists within the firm a sense of unease. Look at the top and continue to fix issues.

      Pros

      Opportunities to work on large, international projects. Good benefits and lots of PTO. Supports professional development by paying for exams and giving bonuses. Beautiful office space. In general, great people to work with.

      Cons

      Virtually no women in architecture/design senior leadership and management roles. This leads to lack of mentors and sponsors for young women looking to advance their careers within the firm. Majority of women eventually move on to other firms after watching all their male peers get promoted around them. This is a huge problem in the profession in general but particularly bad at CallisonRTKL.
