      Pros

      Company culture was great! Work/Life Balance is awesome. If you need to make up time you can.

      Cons

      Pay was low for industry. Management catered to Project Managers and faulted Project Accountants which helped to create a divide between PMs and PAs. Nepotism is at an all time high here so if you're looking for your performance to speak for you this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      My team has been great in the retail sector (Dallas)! I love my job and I have been given many opportunities to design rather than just rollouts. The company also has many opportunities to grow and get involved such as: lectures, happy hours, charity events, sports events etc. if you are a social person you will thrive.

      Cons

      Promotions can come slow and sometimes are just a matter of being in the right project at the right time.

      Pros

      Great location. Starbucks is 20 feet away. Water fountain sunken garden. A little longer vacation time compared to average.

      Cons

      Loose management. Losing profit. Low annual raise as a result. Bonus only for overhead people. Lost more than 30 people last year due to slow business and poor recognition system.
