Micromanagement Unprepared staff Recruitment failed Incorrect office location Those who do much less deserve Misaligned businesses (cultural heritage of the entire company) They think you're a poor guy and you need them to survive They never had a decent IT area, the Porto office was born to change that, but it failed in all aspects You spend more time trying to understand business than doing something constructive Management is horrible, I mean, when there's a If you are the coffee guy who knows the whole crowd, you will be well regarded, otherwise this company is not for you Managers do not stay in the company for more than a year (why is it?)
