Pros

The company cares for the employees. Good health benefits, insurance, yoga, stretching routine, etc. Very good plan in place for the pandemic. Good salary compared to other Portuguese companies. Very good office supplies and software to work with. Friendly environment. As it is still relatively new growing company and all the processes are still not in place, it´s a good place to give your ideas and be part of building a create team.

Cons

As it is a growing company - team building events are essential to get to know each other. Could be more relaxed with the vacation schedule and working hours.
