Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, not stuffy at all. People are overall kind and care about the company. Some people are territorial about sharing knowledge, but warm up once you show them you care and want to learn. Compensation is fair, maybe slightly below average. Really good benefits.

Cons

Lack of career development. Occasional trainings are offered, but there is very limited job advancement. Managers just keep the wheels turning instead of helping employees grow and partner with them to help them advance on in their career. Some directors seem to work for their big pay checks rather than truly caring about the company and development of teams. They probably shouldn't be in their positions. Old school culture. People who've been there forever and are counterproductive. Bland and sleepy office environment.
