Hybrid and has job security always a project to work on. Management is easy to work with.

Cons

Hard to grow within company. Process takes long especially with change in management from switching projects.

Pros

Good work/life balance No micro managing - I am expected to self-manage my work/contracts/time off and have very little interaction with my supervisor.

Cons

Vacation benefit could use a couple more weeks. There is not much support between contracts - you are expected to market yourself to other teams to find a new assignment, and have a limited grace period to do so. Red flag: Last CEO lasted 2 years, and was just fired/replaced.
