      Pros

      Great access to good clients, overall interested managing directors who are genuinely interested in growing the busines.

      Cons

      Success is heavily determined on middle management. If you are lucky, you will have a very vocal and interested manager who will continuously put you in positions what will allow new learning opportunities. Pay is not very competitive and once in, it is very tough to advocate for adequate compensation for the roles you take on as you progress.
