      - Great health and dental benefits - Commission on top of regular salary - RRSP/TFSA contribution opportunities - Above minimum-wage - Paid time off - Travel benefits and perks

      Cons

      - You need to work here for 10 years before you get to keep an extra week of vacation - Maternity/Pregnancy/Paternity leave benefits are sub-par - Major staffing issues, you may find yourself working to compensate the lack of employees without any extra compensation - Managers take care of each other and have a healthy work/life balance, but rarely seem to care about the struggles of front line associates - Very difficult to move and grow within the company without sucking up

      Great health benefits. The health and well-being of the employee is a top priority for the company. Lots of opportunity to grow and encouragement at every level to do so.

      Long hours. Can be stressful sometimes if you are customer-facing. Staffing issues.
