Pros

Nice coworkers Nice benefits, but Princesses never use benefits or ever get sick Work from home, but pressure to work from office Everyone smiles, even as they are dying inside

Cons

Princesses must be demure, never complain, never need time off, you are your job, you must always be of the same opinion as your boss, you must be professional so others don't have to be, don't talk back or cry when the boss yells at you, you belong to them.

Pros

Actual work at the job is great, get a ton of caa branded merchandise for free, discounts, travel, paid expenses for training

Cons

Way too much inter office drama and gossip. HR is only there to protect senior employees and will straight up lie. They will back that lie even when faced with a multitude of evidence to prove the contrary. Example in writing they said I was bad at my job, however I was in the conpany top 10 for sales and had many many many top management and customers go to my manager and specifically complent my work. Listen to your gut and red flags. If an office jerk/bully has been there for forever, everyone avoids them like the plague (including the manager) and they have low sales, do yourself a favour and just get a different job. You will be dealing with the same crap the rest of your career. Conferences are just a way for the company to boast how great they are and give you more branded crap. No real room for making it up the corporate ladder unless already hired in upper management. I wish I quit after the first month beacuse of all the red flags. I stayed to my probation period (6 months) to report the increasing office harassment and bad behaviour. It was the worst experience of my life. No clue what happened after I resigned, but atleast I can say I tired to make a difference.
