Pros

Plenty of overtime available. People are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Difficult to get days off. Have to work almost all stats.

Pros

A good company to learn and advanced your knowledge about new technologies. L&D department in the company works well, too. They bring many courses to upgrade your soft skills. Peers are friendly. Associate appreciation week during the summer is the most fun time in the company.

Cons

Average pay, below industry standard. You have to also log your lunch hour.. How ridiculous is that? There is no opportunity to grow.

Pros

They had pretty good benefits and seemed to have a lot of programs in place for their employees; definitely as a culture they support work-life balance

Cons

Unchecked employee bullying from management, peers, and HR. Poor to no expectations of what they wanted, shrugged at when I asked during several meetings what it is they wanted and how I could meet their expectations, and extreme favouritism. Very disgusting. Never seen anything like it.
