      Management in the transformation team are a bit toxic

      Pros

      Good people in transformation team and elsewhere in Buzz Head Office and lots of change so opportunities to do interesting projects.

      Cons

      You cannot disagree with the managers as if you do you get managed out of the organisation, this applies to contract and permanent employees. The current management of the Transformation team and there bosses within IT won't accept any public or private push back and I've seen multiple managers, BA's and PM's, go on leave or sick and never come back.

      Pros

      Discounted drink and food, not that you'll have chance to eat freshly cooked food.

      Cons

      -Split shifts (no social life). -Rotas given for a maximum of two weeks, usually one week rota provided. -Cant warrant the money paid for the work that it is often expected. -No perks or bonuses either. -Pay grades for ages. (Can't warrant every site, but often the young ones graft much harder than the older ones and are payed £2-3 less per hour. -No training structure. -No organisation. -Under staffed. (Probably due to above and bellow). -No clear progression. -Very 13itchy environment. -Some staff don't have a clue what day of the week it is. -Doesnt feel like you're actually valued or cared for by management.

      It's a job if you're really desperate

      Cons

      'making the best of a continuing bad situation' should be emblazoned on the uniform. Mentally exhausting place to work.
