Pros

You receive staff travel which allows you to travel worldwide and good holiday allowance

Cons

The team leaders and management need to get off their high horse, they think they are superior when in reality they only get the job dependent on if they can say the right thing on the day. You can't get promoted by actually being good at your job. Threat of outsourcing. Dirty office with fleas. No support, training and line trainers are laughable, anyone can read from a piece of paper and 'teach' someone. If you are 20 seconds late for work regardless of the circumstances you will be pulled into an office and disciplined, with the threat of losing your job. The attendance unit use scare tactics. The new contract OCG is horrendous in comparison to the old one, you are paid less, work longer hours, have less rights etc etc. The company keep making changes but do not support the staff while they receive the backlash on the telephone, instead they will sit at their desks and do online shopping on Next or watch Sky Sports....

Pros

Good travel benefits and work life balance

Cons

This used to be a fantastic employer however under the new regime of Walsh and Cruz the focus is towrads converting BA into a low cost model. This means poorer customer care, failing transformation initiatives and a lack of duty of care towards staff.

Pros

Overworked, underpaid, not appreciated. It's very sad at BA- have moved onto their rival due to a much better company ethos. Unfortunate as the company once set the standard in air travel.

Cons

Oops answered this in the pros, will give pros here; great network- seen a few amazing places but due to being so tired I barely enjoyed them
