-hybrid work -can be simple at times

Cons

-toxic work environment -no stability -colleagues are usually remote, so you dont interact in person much. -my role was created with no gameplan, everything we did was reactive not proactive - Brink’s lays off salaried staff quite often. I got laid off after performing very well and even winning an award. They do not care about their workers

Pros

The hours are long. Paid weekly. 1 hour break unpaid. Just go to work don’t talk to nobody and leave! Money is decent if you can stand to be in that environment for a long time

Cons

Supervisors are petty. Managers are messy and if they don’t like you they’ll fire you or demote you.Favoritism exists. They’ll overwork you and won’t care. They’ll always threaten your job. No phones or your fired. The people that work there are ghetto and always gossiping . The gm doesn’t like black people . There is no space to move up unless you kiss up to management.They will fired you even if you working there for 10 years. In a heartbeat. Super long hours and sometimes they force you to do more hours and they threaten your job if you don’t do them
