Pros
Working here is more broad than just working in a design studio so if you like the variety its great. Having the products available in a showroom really helps demonstrate your ideas and doing home visits helps you find the right solution. There is commission for all your sales and its not a hard sell environment as focus is to find the right solution for the customer. The teams are small and everyone is friendly, works together and similar minded. The store is not high footfall so reaching out, attending events, etc all makes a difference in finding clients. The training is also really good both online and instore. Boconcept is a franchised business so other franchises can feel very different to work in.
Cons
Not enough clients have heard of Boconcept so have to regularly explain all the products and interior design service. The teams are small so there are usually only 2 or 3 working each day.
