it's a good stepping stone company. you can learn a lot here.
Cons
leaders make company wide changes every few months, sometimes reversing decisions that were previously made. changes can always happen, but it feels like they don't know what they're doing. also very out of touch with employees who work on site every day. favoritism among promotions. as long as you kiss up to people and lie in an interview, even the most unprofessional people with a track record of attitude problems can get promoted to leadership roles. the population is also wild, second chance company where you can get beat up or threatened at work. leaders do not care and just want bodies. managers and recruiting hire anyone who can make it through an interview.
