Pros

If you're into sports this is a good company. The distribution center employees get wholesale prices on all employee purchases so it's fun to buy big items.

Cons

It's a prison like environment; you can't go outside during breaks unless you're management or get a pass -- seriously are we still in high school that I need to get a hall pass to go outside. Every move made is monitored: how long you spend in the bathroom, how often you go and you're late 3 minutes your attendance card is noted. Again, are we in high school?

Worst place to work.

Pros

Good pay if you can survive the 2.5 years to top pay.

Cons

Union. No job security and productivity numbers change every day. You have to work 150% fast from start to finish to even have a chance of achieving quota. Supervisors are sarcastic and don't care just hound you and push you all shift.

Pros

Decent benefit package if you are one of the few full time employees. 40 hours a week guaranteed for full time employees.

Cons

You are constantly doing the same thing week in and week out. They company seems more focused on getting tasks completely rather then providing customer service.
