Not many pros if any. #MadeInChina

Cons

Muzak music same 10 songs chain wide all listening to the same songs.. Everything goes through Email, you do not run a store, corporate does through constant emails, except for weekends, which they take off.. You however, will get what feels like ZERO TIME OFF.. Family? TOO BAD!! They waste the most paper, millions of dollars a year in colored paper.. they need to move into this century.. Everything is MADE IN CHINA!! and requires a sticker (since California based) to inform that 90% of what they carry causes cancer.

Corp Hours: 7:40am-4:20pm Easy job, low responsibility.

Cons

Low, low pay. You are not treated like an adult. Clock in- clock out very strict. No overtime offered even when work needs to be done. Management style is ineffective. Hostile work environment. No training.

Simple job, same tasks week in and week out. Minimal learning curve. Easy to rank up if you have any work ethic at all. Stable paycheck, though small.

Cons

Creativity is not rewarded. Company is extremely slow to adapt to industry standards or any other change. Culture encourages doing the minimum, any extra effort will not be compensated. 3% annual raise at most regardless of results/efforts. Retail schedule is awful. Store hours change every week. How long before we're working Thanksgiving Day?
