Pros

Good health insurance. Vacation, although you can't use it when you would want to in the summer.

Cons

Too many restrictions on vacation. Too many close/opens. It's a large corporation so there are no people involved with decisions, just a bunch of ridiculous rules and guidelines. Wearing dress clothes to do manual labor and run a sporting goods store. Managers have no room to really make a difference in the store, they're basically rule enforcers and schedule writers. If you are not a robot willing to dedicate your life to the company then you will not belong in management. VERY low pay. I was a GM making making an amazing $38k with a whopping $100/month bonus.
