Where do I start? Promised inside promotions when outside people with less experience and education are brought in. Fearful of layoffs is a constant - management constantly look for excuses to fire, make up anything. Systems are unreliable and management does not trust employees to say they are not working. I could go on.n Treat customers better than employees as management does not offer same empathy to employees. Although I quit, I was constantly afraid there was going to be a reason to fire.
