* Product Development is shifting towards a very negative culture. People advancing in the org (lower level leads) are extremely opinionated and do not accept new ideas or feedback. They are very heavily biased towards their favorite teams and people and treat everyone outside their circle poorly
* Culture among developers across-teams is cynical and negative. Developers and teams throw each other under the bus rather than lift them up
* Teams are not willing to help each other and instead hide behind aforementioned leads in order to do the least amount of work possible
* A culture of team work is no longer present. It's so cut-throat. Makes me sad after working there so long
* Compensation lags far behind your skill/achievements and never catches up
* Annual cash incentive process is black box and not dispersed according to skill/achievements
