Pros

Professional development is encouraged with possibility to develop your own work and client strategies

Cons

Business development is insufficiently stimulated - it's hard to prove on evaluation that BD events deserve to be regarded as "quality" working hours for the purposes of bonuses and salary increase. Happy clients who return with new assignments are not viewed as a result of BD.

Pros

Great people to work with.

Cons

The evaluations seem unfair - you can work really hard and do a fantastic job but still get the same grading as someone else less, shall we shall, dedicated, as they 'level' the gradings out.
