      Nice workplace, high salary compared to the market, home office, good bonus

      Cons

      There are no internal courses, no constructive feedback, and no educational support, leaving an uncertain future. You have to learn everything on your own and be proactive, and even then, there’s no guarantee they’ll continue to employ you after your bar exam.

      Had two really awesome bosses. Great parties, amazing colleagues.

      Cons

      Also had one boss that was terribly micromanaging. If you can manage relations then still works. Post-covid 2 year pay freeze due to market conditions.
