Unsupportive management, unrealistic expectations, more concerned over tasks than things that actually produce sales results. The quality of product has declined so much due to poor management of the relationship with factories that it is returned and/or accounts are lost due to poor product. Basketballs that fall apart, softballs that are not made to the appropriate quality standard etc. but make those numbers... The number one priority is not the people but the $$$$ Long service means they want to do everything in their power to get rid of you.
