Pros

- Employee discounts on apparel (ordering process is very outdated) & good luck on returning if you need to or getting your $ back in a timely manner. - 1 week training in Dallas, they do put you in a nice hotel & you're eating real good at their expense. - Colleagues really do help you out even though they're super busy. - That's about it

Cons

- Only 1 week of training but when you get out of training you realize that it was a complete waste of time because 90% of what you were trained on doesn't pertain to the role. - Items that most customers request are hardly ever in stock & they want you to sell BSN products so bad but it's the cheapest quality you can find (hence why it's always fully stocked). - Leadership are all besties, more than half not even qualified to be a sales manager but they got in from a referral. - Very outdated software system(s), you're using at least 4 to place a simple order - They sell you how much your comission could be within 10 months, but then gave me the worst accounts in the poorest areas of town so I made $0 in commission over the last year in a half. - Manager told me they don't reimburse you for gas but want you on the road tues - thursday traveling to meet customers, 1 year in I found out there is reimbursment. - If you're a minority, good luck...& they'll remind you of that every once in awhile. - Want to take off for PTO? Good luck, still required to be on meetings & work on orders if a customer calls. I had to lie & say I was out of the country just so they'd leave me alone for 4 days. - I maintained professionalism my entire time with this company, found one that actually cared about it's employers & made more money. I did the right thing & submitted my two weeks notice & they still let me go that week. - Zero room for growth, you're always going to be a stressed out sales rep.
