The people are amazing. The company is growth oriented and the management team gets it. They are not micro-managers. They empower people and provide incentives to do a good job. Lots of very long term employees. This is a company that is family oriented and really cares about their people.

Pros

Been here for three months and I love it, it is great atmosphere that encourages enjoying your job. Management only gets involved when it is necessary (no over managing). From Adam down everyone is very approachable. Training was excellent and detailed, no baptism by fire. And I have to say the CSR Managers are very supportive and willing to help. Though one's allegiance to LSU is quite worrisome.

Cons

Sometimes its hard to find a open microwave to warm up your food and the two refrigerators fill up quick.
