-Pays Well when you have a lot of accounts especially colleges and private High Schools. - A lot of resources at your fingertips

Cons

- Management does not care about your external life... just do what they ask and don't ask questions - Company makes the commission structure so confusing that when you ask for clarity they hound you to "Do your Job" - Long Hours... This is not a typical 9-5 job at home... you will be driving a lot... you'll be sitting at your desk at home working on orders, quotes, and stores till the late hours - Every year they increase your sales goal without a change in your account list to help hit your goals for company - Can get burnt out very quickly
