You are able to meet celebrities and work with them

Cons

The hours are long and you are only allowed a 30 lunch break. Then a 15 break. If you have any medical emergencies and have the proper medical forms. They will not accommodate you. For example, my doctor had asked I be accommodated to sit down due to a medical condition. My accommodation was denied and I was forced to quit.

Cons

Nepotism, no room for growth. Institutional racism. If you aren't of their religious preference, you can forget the idea of growth within the company. The HR department is non-existent, was subject to racial abuse from the company's employees and management.
