If you can't find a job, they will hire you here to do their work.

Cons

Zero culture, questionable PTO practices, you're overworked for little pay, you have sense as a worker, you will see that you are doing the majority of the work, while others sit back and do very, very little. No breaks for holidays when other companies are closed. Only holidays you have time for are all the Jewish holidays, and some of those days you won't get paid.
