• Give out bananas throughout the week • Gives out a snack once a week • Sick hours in January/July once you’re a full time employee

Cons

•These people do not treat their employees like they care especially if you don’t look like them •If you’re black they will undermine your intelligence and make you feel like you don’t belong •They claim they want you to move up in the company, but they only mean that for the people that look like them
