Absolutely no room to move up in the company unless you know somebody. 100% Nepotism based.

Nice team, good location to Penn.

Cons

Onsite 4 days and not really flexible. Not off some major US Holidays such as memorial, Labor, Independence, Presidents’ Day etc. 2 long breaks for Jewish Holidays is nice though but I wish PTO was a little more or they gave more federal holidays for the corporate office.
