- There is no opportunity for advancement unless you are part of their religious group. - Nepotism is rampant within the company (at least when I was there). The company favors its own religious people over secular employees who work there. I saw many older individuals sleeping at their desks, yet management would only comment with something like "Oh, he's old, just let him sleep." Meanwhile, they expect the secular employees to perform with higher output levels consistently. The holidays are skewed in favor of Jewish holidays only so if you want to go away for Christmas, they couldn't care less. You have to adapt to their religious holidays calendar.
