Pros

Great reputation and one of the most desired companies to work for in Colombia and El Salvador. Some good bonuses, specially the tickets. Everyone seems to be very proud of working there.

Cons

It's the kind of company where they expect one person to do the job of three. There´s high power distance between top management and the rest of the company. It doesn't have a clear wellness program for its associates. The bonuses the associates receive are ridiculous compared to the top management prizes.

Has a good salary scale compared with other companies. Offers you transportation when working until late in the office. Offers you multicultural interaction

Cons

Not that human sense. Developing programs are not implemented. They don't develop the employees capabilities. Recognition programs are not that developed
