Disaster of a company

Pros

As an employee, you could do whatever you wanted. Many didn't come to work at all, people took three hour lunches, got drunk on work time, did drugs in the parking lot and came back high. If you consider that a pro, I guess. HOnest people who had doctors appts., of course, had no problem, leaving, with such chaos around.

Cons

Everything in Sales was fraudulent - documents were forged. Sales were put through Inside Sales after completed and backdated and INside sales commission was shared with outside rep. Fraud was rampant. Mood was like a frat house. People threw footballs and screamed racial epithets at each other especially anti Jewish and ant black. THere was a lot of employee intimidation against the managers and screaming and doing drugs during the day. It was an absolute disaster. Honest hardworking employees were let go and fraud committing employees were nurtured because managers wanted the high commission that all the fraud produced. Managers did nothing to improve the situation. The prisoners ran the prison.

Pros

Company is so crazy that when you leave, you are a star at the next place. You are prepared for any and everything

Cons

Rudderless and directionless. Senior management has to be worst in America. Since KJK on board ... every year we build a plan his leadership team knows they can't achieve. But they don't speak up. Just terrible decision making all around. Or lack of decision making. Since senior management trust nobody and micro manages every decision. Things take so long to get done.
