Buyer beware

Pros

Director level and below management is good. Engineers that are left are knowledgeable and helpful. Flagship products still have decent quality, even if they are becoming obsolete

Cons

Upper management seems to have no grounding in reality. Product managers make increasing uninformed and bad decisions. Decisions are continually made based on an IPO that is never going to happen because of the lingering debt that never gets paid off.

Horribly run company. Company is being out maneuvered by competitors left and right. Their main source of revenue is a PBX from the 80s
