Pros

Well intentioned individuals at the junior levels trying their hardest to revive yesterday's brand. Even with dwindling revenue, you're still considered a player.

Cons

Everything about Avaya is dated, from its processes to its technologies. Never embraced the need for agility and missed several market opportunities. Marketing programs resonate with no one. Culture is one of the worst I've experienced. No drive. No common mission. It's a pit stop at best for those off to bigger and better things.

Pros

Canteen, nice colleagues (excluding management), parking, decent salary

Cons

An absolute horror shop. Long hours expected as the norm with no regard to peoples lives outside of the office. Constant fear mongering on redundancies. Little or no training. Management essentially view their employees as disposable pieces of rubbish.

Pros

Avaya is a great training ground. You are exposed to a lot of systems, reporting, projects & tons of business analysis opportunity. It is very open & you may have the opportunity work at the highest levels. The quality of employees was world class but has deteriorated over the past few years. The company is very flexible & yo have the ability to work remotely as long as the deliverables are completed.

Cons

Lots of changes. High attrition rates. The company is private with reducing revenues & that creates lots of pressure to maintain margins. Not a great plan even you want a career path.
