Regarding the amount of work of some teams, we know the dynamic nature of our company might come with a demanding workload, especially if there are changes in the team. For that, we encourage autonomy and flexibility for Avaturians to organize their workload in the way that better fits their schedule, and trust that our leaders and Talent Management team will guide and support Avaturians through every step they take.
