Cons

Too many managers, not enough individual contributors to do the work They laid off the individual contributors and not the overpaid and lazy middle management Too much politics and posturing, not enough work being done Middle management is secretive, cliquish and ineffective

Pros

Any company that allows you to take your dog to work is ok with me. But the culture along with the support to grow and move up within the organization makes it a great place to work.

Cons

There was this one dog that someone brought into the office on Fridays that was particularly fond of leaving a not so small "present" outside my cube every week. Never figured out who’s dog it was because they always seemed to hit “the spot” when I was out to lunch.

Amazing energy. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, seasoned senior management - VP, SVP, EVP, CXO. Great products. Superior people (in most ares). Good opportunity for advancement. Excellent focus on customers and the future of technology.

Cons

No domain understanding in brand marketing. Messaging, PR, Marcom, etc. all in complete disarray: a revolving door of people in and out over the last 2 years.
