Pros

Great benefits. Good Culture and work life balance depending on the team. Fosters a good sense of community via community outreach programs, and volunteering opportunities.

Cons

The groups that I have worked in seem to be resistant to change. People that have been with the company for a long time seem to have carved out their spot in the company and are reluctant to give up what they have. Really hard for people joining the company to get ramped up. Lots of antiquated processes. Poor implementation of technology is a recurring problem.

Pros

Smart people, good work life balance, good networking opportunities. The benefits can't be beat.

Cons

Hard to move up and promotions are few except at Director level and above. You need to job jump to get anywhere in this company. Hard work will not reward you like job jumping will. This may just be how a company behaves once it becomes this large. I worked for them in the late 90's and early 2000's and it's changed quite a bit. Not as much of a team feeling anymore. Still love the company, but you need to know how the game is played. Hope this helps someone.

Pros

My co-workers are great - smart, always willing to help out no matter how busy they are. Great work/life balance and competitive salary and benefits. Great offices. They seem to care about employee satisfaction.

Cons

CONSTANT change - expect a new manager and change in role at least once a year. In my opinion, they don't give programs or initiatives enough time to gain traction before changing again. Middle managers need training. They are people who were good at their jobs and promoted without any training whatsoever. It's not the managers' fault, but the quality is all over the place.
