      VPs are very shady. They hire lots of racist managers. Job descriptions change too frequently. Poor pay. Do not work here.

      Pros

      good work life balance there are opportunities to work abroad great multicultural environment great to learn and grow

      Cons

      HR department doesn't work well, ignores problems; Poor management; Performance appraisals are taken lightly and there is no career planning support; Despite existing opportunities to work abroad, there is a lack of transparency in the internal recruitment process; There is a certain amount of cronyism in the recruitment processes, specially for the high managerial positions.
