Friendly environment, and nice facility. Cafeteria has great healthy food. The best part about the place is the ablility to be able to excel in your fault.

Cons

The only thing about the place that is a little concering is the fact that sometimes it's harder to coordinate with other plant in Westboro.

Overall a good company with good products but not the best place for career advancement

good products, decent pipeline, stable company, management is fairly sound, not as much of chance of a layoff as other companies.

Cons

promotions are few and far between and certainly not consistent. Management can be very clique oriented which is fine if you are just happy being a sales rep. But, if you want to move up in the company, be prepared to jump through unusual hoops and join the "in crowd" or be left at the door.
