      Pros

      - Established large company involved in many areas of technology. - Some interesting projects like the SAM car project.

      Cons

      - Frequent re-orgs and layoffs. - No clear vision and direction that all employees understand...outside of saying 5 years out, but people don't know what that means for their roles. - Very little emphasis on the personal growth and development of employees.

      Pros

      The work isn't difficult. Most of the co-workers are good people. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      Quick to fire/ lay-off people, usually with no notice. Management loves to have secret meetings usually about who is getting the can next, and seldomly defends their employees. Technology inside the branches are outdated. No ability to work from home. Not competitive pay compared to other similar companies. Lack of opportunities to advance, especially in the branches.

      Pros

      Strong employee base. Some really skilled folks working in the organization.

      Cons

      Executive leadership team is dysfunctional. They don't get along and play lower level employees off each other for political gain. Very much out of touch with the employee base and looking out for their own good. CEO has a nasty temper, which he is allowed to show off regularly. No other executive will challenge him for fear of losing their cush job. Very little oversight by the board of directors in areas that matter.
