Big, well known company within Colorado and across the globe. Work life balance was great and made working there much easier - depending upon the group you work with and who your manager is. Good colleagues and was able to travel in specific role. Looks good on a resume.

Cons

Big company... your job is expendable and can be at the mercy of others mistakes. Those "others' being people you won't work with and can make HUGE mistakes that lead to layoffs, management change, organization change, and cost cutting.

I started with Arrow in 1998 when Steve Kaufman was the CFO. You talk about a leader? He was the best!!! I loved working for him and then after that was Bill Mitchell...what a disaster. Now we're stuck with Mike Long...OMG!!!

The company name as a whole is to be behold!
