I worked here two years and I can say this is a terrible place to work. Constant layoffs, margins are already low and dropping off a cliff, unhappy employees, out of touch leadership, short staffed, favoritism runs rampant, boys club at the top, impossible systems to gather meaningful data from, nobody could tell you what the company actually does or how they make money. Arrow needs a complete refresh of the finance department. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are reading this considering a job at Arrow just know it would take less than a month to regret your decision. Most people know it was a mistake after the first week.

Carrying large portfolio of Products - over 750 + Products in Line Card to meet every customer need. Global scale - Operations in 80 countries across the world to fulfill multiple geographies. Financial Strength - Being a 30 B$ Organization helps handle really large Projects and enable Scale.

Cons

Complexity of Organizational structure - you have to find the processes and understand them. Silos - you need to deal with that and get colleagues to move beyond their own roles. knowledge - you have to ask for information

Just a Job, No where nearly the company it used to be.

Pros

Very few. There are many good people to work with, and compensation was above average.

Cons

People are treated as a number (headcount or $, you pick). Core values implemented years ago are not being followed by upper management. There is a severe lack of integrity. The Employee Performance Review is a joke. Your immediate manager rates you, but then the ratings are changed by others who have had no interaction with you throughout the year, just to keep within the acceptable range that was handed down from upper management. All perks that showed appreciation for the employees were stopped (Family BBQ, Holiday Party, Sabbatical, Tuition Reimbursement etc.). Wok/Life balance only exists for some, Others have lost many weeks of vacation due to the projects they were on and were unable to take time off.
