None. Management requires that employees submit a list of ideas each ear for their review. Then, The management takes credit for the idea or gives it to other employees. I brought a new tester into the company and they didn't want to use it. Later, the company started a group in Asia based on the tester to test components. I got no credit for it; however, other employees are getting promotions out of it.

Cons

Working for the management is like being in the TEAMSTER UNION when Hoffa and Fitzgibbons were running it.
