Pros

Great products and good strategies. Good values and company culture. Great people!

Cons

Too Denmark focused to deliver on it's global potential. Management decisions can seem like knee-jerk overreactions. Constant reorganisations.

Pros

Open and honest Culture. Many ways to be heard. The business attempts to reorganise often to better serve the farmer-owners and stay competitive in the Dairy sector. Great work-life balance. Many great people and a nice office environment. There can be many opportunities to change roles into new departments

Cons

Often reorganisations happen quite close to one another - it can be hard to see if one way has worked or not before it changes again. Due to the size of the company, many functions can work in silos which can slow down work rate significantly. The generous work-life balance benefits can be abused for some people who are then not very accountable. Flat structure means many employees, especially younger ones, reach a ceiling and then leave the company to progress their careers further.
