Pros

In my time working for argos I was working for one of the digital concessionary stores. Some of the pros is the training that the put in to employees also breaks are fairly introduced and they're are usually 4 lines of management so if you feel you need to speak to someone there is always someone available.

Cons

headset systems don't understand certain accents which makes the job more difficult, short shifts spread over a lot of days.

First couple of months in a new job can be very stressful and nerve racking but I felt at ease not only on day 1 but also induction, training courses, driving assesments... its great the way the whole place recognises working as a team is more efficient an everyone want to be in the team... i have not long started an have reveive 8 friend requests on facebpok in last 2 weeks... with a rewarding benefits package, new freinds for life, a nice healthy pay packet and a very high chance of career development makes it THE best company I havevever worked for...

Cons

Possibly a few more vans, definitley a new IT system an maybe a parking area for staff...
