Bureaucracy is insane - can’t get anything done bc of 15 layers of review, then you get scolded for it like it was ever in your control. Loads of people with unclear roles who will make things more difficult and invent problems simply to justify their own existence. Business is slow right now (not their fault) but the answer is AI’ing you out of a job. They will cut your role and then brag about it on the earnings call. This is all championed as positive internally and you’ll be cast out if you’re not enthusiastic about your colleagues being let go.

Poor overall training, micromanaging. Every minute needs to be accounted for, while being held firmly not to exceed time allotted to each client job — becomes an impossible juggle. Moved everyone to hourly so they can benefit off overtime pay — then prohibited employees from working overtime. Staff all seemed to have better grasps of day-to-day than management.
