This company has one of the highest turnover rates I’ve seen. Employees regularly leave within a very short time, including during probation. The company simply replaces them and repeats the cycle, which says a lot about the underlying issues. Workload is completely unreasonable. It’s common for one person to handle the responsibilities of multiple roles due to chronic understaffing and tight budgets. Burnout is not the exception here — it’s the norm. There is a strong focus on external image. The company invests heavily in polished marketing and “high-tech” presentations, creating the impression of a forward-thinking organization. Internally, however, things are disorganized, unclear, and poorly managed. Employee support and investment are minimal. Despite spending on branding, the company is extremely reluctant to allocate resources toward its people. Communication is inconsistent, teams are difficult to coordinate, and accountability is often lacking. There is also a tendency to normalize these issues as part of the “culture,” which can feel like subtle pressure to accept unhealthy working conditions.
