Pros

The company grows at a fantastic rate, and constantly opens up new positions in Prague office. They provide a talent pool to develop those in the top tier of performance.

Cons

Salaries are low by comparison, and although opportunities arise, majority of those positions go to people already agreed previously. Upwards feedback is not tolerated in the BSC, and the culture of the BSC is very different to that of the core business in the countries you are supporting.

Pros

Great company culture for highly motivated individuals. Everything is results driven. If you perform you will be compensated and given the ability to switch roles frequently. Lots of perks associated with the products. (free beer)

Cons

The competitive results driven culture is not for anyone. They are always hiring young motivated people and they will gladly replace you if you are not performing to their level.

Pros

Given the lack of people, young people have a great opportunity to advance and take on senior roles. Beer is stil a cool world to be in. Really get to see how far people can stretch and expand out of their comfort zone. If you like challenges, this could be a place to take them on.

Cons

Not the best place for employees who aren't used to working hard....unless you know how to network with the right cliques. Its about who you know, not necessarily what you do. Canadian Leadership currently in place hides information both from employees and bosses in the US. Company survives inspite of itself because Canadians pay crazy high for alcohol. Compensation is based on short term targets, a negative because risks are taken with short term benefit, but long term negative impact. But no one stays in a role long enough to be held accountable for their mistakes; successors have to inherit it (a risk for any new employee).
