      Pros

      Working with brilliant minds always brings the best out of everyone, the culture is amazing and people are nice (no jerks policy). Remuneration and benefits are competitive but most of all the mission is worth all the hype

      Cons

      Very busy hence work life balance is hard. Burnout is easy.
